A new addition to our collection of wooden birds here at Shiny Happy Eco, this little Wooden Wren Ornament is definitely welcome! The detail is beautiful. Handcrafted and hand painted by highly skilled Balinese artisans this Wren is simply adorable!

Standing around 15 cm tall, this Wooden Wren Ornament will look great on any mantlepiece or shelf. What a beautiful way to bring a little of the outdoors inside and brighten your home. Wrens are a popular feature of our countryside as they flit around with their endless energy looking for some dinner. We love them! How many songs do you know that feature a Wren? We can think of a few and they come to mind with this beautiful ornament on display.

Each Wooden Wren Ornaments is hand carved and then hand painted. Therefore every one is slightly different and won’t be exactly the same as in the pictures above. If you’re buying for yourself, no one will have the same one as you! Alternatively, these unique ornaments make a perfect gift, especially for bird lovers.

The Wren itself is carved from albesia wood which is a lightweight, fast growing wood and so this means albesia wood is sustainable. The base is driftwood and has been treated to kill any insects. As the base is driftwood, each one is therefore different.
