This reusable rice husk based travel mug is biodegradable. Rice husk mugs much safer than bamboo mugs and they’re much better for the environment too. Most importantly it contains no melamine or other plastics. It’s BPA and toxin free too, so there’s nothing nasty to find it’s way into your drink!

Importantly, this rice husk travel mugs contain no melamine or other plastics. They are BPA and toxin free so there’s no nasty chemicals to find their way into your drink!
As they don’t contain melamine which is a plastic unlike bamboo mugs that we are aware of, our rice husk cups are genuinely biodegradable.

When the time comes to finally dispose of this travel cup, soak it in water overnight, crush and bury it in compost or soil. It will start to biodegrade in soil within six months. Silicone is not biodegradable but is non-toxic and recyclable.
